How to Make Oil-Free Pesto
Yields: 1 cup pesto | Serving Size: 1/4 cup |
Ingredients
- 2 cups (packed) baby spinach or fresh basil leaves, or a combination
 - 1/4 cup tablespoons parmesan cheese, recommend Dairy-Free Parmesan Cheese recipe
 - 2 cloves garlic, diced
 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - Pinch of salt
 
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, or food processor, and pulse until all ingredients are combined and a pesto consistency is reached.
 - Refrigerate until ready to use.
