Get Tight Glutes Fast | 15 Minute Workout
Equipment Needed: a chair or bench / a set of medium weights (8-12 lbs).
What to Do: Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise. Complete the number of circuits indicated for your fitness level. Rest up to one minute after each circuit. If you’re a beginner, you can start with just bodyweight. If you’re looking for more of a challenge, we recommend using the weights!
Beginner: 1 circuit
Intermediate: 3 circuits
Advanced: 5 circuits
