Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup lite soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (Sriracha)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 white onion, sliced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 cup white mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage leaves
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 (1 pound) box whole wheat spaghetti
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and onion into slow cooker. Mix together the chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and ginger, then pour over the chicken and onions. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours, or high for 2 to 3 hours. Add all the remaining ingredients except the spaghetti and cook for another 30 minutes on high or until the veggies are soft.
- Meanwhile cook spaghetti according the box instructions. When the vegetables and spaghetti are ready, combine in the slow cooker and serve.
